(\u201cTECHNICAL PERFORMANCE\u201d), authorized licensee for specific DEWALT\u00ae product categories in certain territories of Latin America, issues this General Warranty and Support Policy to set out the general guidelines applicable to products marketed under the DEWALT\u00ae brand.
The specific warranty conditions may vary depending on the country, product category, applicable local legislation, type of buyer, sales channel, and the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
This Policy does not replace or limit any non-waivable rights that may correspond to the buyer, consumer, or user under the applicable legislation in each jurisdiction.           • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent product, subject to availability.

          • Replace defective components.

          • Issue a credit note or equivalent commercial solution, when applicable.
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Implement another reasonable solution in accordance with the technical evaluation and applicable legislation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
